Our Philosophy
We see that we are all connected. We take care of the dirt to grow nutritious grass. We plant diverse grass, mostly native to our part of Texas, to feed our cows. We care for our cows by respecting their natural instincts. We have our animals humanely processed to give you the best tasting most nutritious beef possible.
When our beef gets to your plate, it’s not just food. It’s a wholesome agricultural experience. It’s beef, the way beef should be.
Our History
Our ranch was once land for many different crops. This left the land a little…overused. Our family started improving this land in the 1940s and restored the fertility to the soil over the decades. We introduced Red Poll cattle here. They’re a small quiet cattle breed that are gentle on the land and produce both tender meat and delicious milk.
We welcome visitors to our Ranch who want to experience farm life!
